RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns only in the rare case of:

  • Damaged products on arrival
  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Manufacturing defects

Returns are not accepted for:

  • General dissatisfaction, change of mind, or dislike of product theme
  • Used, unboxed, or damaged items
  • Products purchased on sale or with a coupon (unless damaged)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items like teethers, rattles

Time limit: Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Unboxing video showing the package condition

If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a credit voucher valid on our website.
Note: Replacement for the same order is offered only once.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under all conditions:

  • Items returned after the 24-hour period
  • Products showing signs of use or tampering
  • Rattles, teethers, swaddles, or other baby hygiene products
  • Items purchased with special codes or in flash sales

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the form of:

  • Credit vouchers for eligible cases (e.g., damaged item, wrong delivery)
  • Monetary refund only for prepaid orders if the item is unavailable or canceled before shipping

Note: Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify its condition.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account or wallet.

For COD orders: Refunds are issued as credit vouchers only, unless the product is unavailable or defective.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if:

  • It hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet
  • The request is placed within 24 hours of placing the order

If cancellation is successful, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Packaging Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be in original condition and packaging
  • All components, price tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Include the invoice and shipping label
  • Ensure products are securely packed to avoid further damage

If the product is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement.

6. Third-Party Marketplace Orders

If you purchased from a marketplace like Amazon or FirstCry, please refer to their return and refund policies. We do not manage order support for third-party platforms.

7. Multiple Returns or Misuse

We reserve the right to reject return or replacement requests from customers with a history of frequent returns or misuse of policies.

Accounts showing excessive return activity may be flagged or blocked from future purchases.

8. Discretionary Rights

Logs of Joy reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet our policy criteria or appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside reasonable usage.
